Abstract
A 10 yr experience with 12 cases of spontaneously occurring, preoperatively diagnosed coloenteric fistulas is described. Accurate diagnosis can be achieved most often by Ba-enema examination. One-stage resection with primary anastomosis, to restore gastrointestinal continuity, is highly successful, and should be the procedure of choice. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
