Abstract
THE frequency and clinical behavior of Klinefelter's syndrome in infants and young men has been well studied, but little is known of the ultimate course of chromatin-positive males. Few patients over the age of fifty or with a fatal illness have been described. The basis of the diagnosis of Klinefelter's syndrome in young males is the presence of testes with the long diameter measuring less than 3.5 cm.
