Abstract
A patient with an abdominal mass, ascites, and a pleural effusion had an aggressive keratoacanthoma on her lower lip. Malignant cells, presumably originating from an ovarian carcinoma, were found in pleural and ascitic fluids. This case and previously reported cases indicate that multiple or aggressive keratoacanthomas may be seen in association with internal malignant neoplasms or compromised immunologic responsiveness.
