Abstract
Calciphylaxis is a rare condition found in patients with end-stage renal disease and secondary hyperparathyroidism. We describe two cases of prominent cutaneous manifestations of calciphylaxis in which skin lesions were refractory to topical treatments. We also include a brief description of calciphylaxis. Keywords
