Formation of a light-impurity-free plasma in DIVA

Abstract
It is shown that the presence of a clean gold shell surface and titanium gettering of the burial chamber reduce light impurities in the DIVA plasma significantly.Formation and discharge characteristics of the light-impurity free plasma are presented.Keywords
