Abstract
An example of intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia (Masson''s pseudoangiosarcoma) of the skin of the forearm is presented. The clinical and pathologic features of this unusual lesion are described. Its benign, self-limited nature is emphasized, despite histopathologic features which may suggest the diagnosis of angiosarcoma. Appropriate therapy should therefore be directed to local excision rather than radical surgery. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
