Abstract
In this paper we show the uniqueness and give analytical expressions for the optimum values of the parameters involved in the second order stationary scheme proposed in [2]. We also prove that the aforementioned scheme has exactly the same asymptotic rate of convergence and the same structure with (as well as a little less operations per iteration than) the non-stationary scheme proposed in [5] (or [6]).Keywords
