A comparative study of the non-stoichiometric LiNbO3-type solid solutions close to LiMO3 inside the ternary system Li2O-M2O5-M'2O4 (M = Nb, Ta; M' = Ti, Zr) has allowed to follow the variation of the crystal chemical and dielectric properties versus composition.Keywords
