Abstract
The preparation of .alpha.-D-benzylpenicilloyl-n-propylamine and octa-.epsilon.-(.alpha.-D-benzylpenicilloyl)-octa-.alpha.-L-lysine are described. Their structures were established by chemical and spectroscopic evidence. 1H and 13C-NMR spectra of these 2 penicillin derivatives and some related compounds are provided. These compounds are useful in skin testing for penicillin allergy. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
