Abstract
A Regge-pole model in which the is an -type or nonconspiring trajectory is investigated. It is found to agree with present charge-exchange data and certain superconvergent sum rules. Present polarization measurements are not accurate enough to constrain all the Regge parameters, and a range of solutions emerges consistent with the data.
