Abstract
The Feinberg-Pais theory of summing the uncrossed ladder graphs is re-examined. A single regularization of the propagator is used throughout. Instead of the iterative procedure used previously, the leading terms of the individual graphs are summed exactly. The result of Feinberg and Pais for energies much below 300 BeV is obtained for all energies in the limit of infinite regulator mass.
