Abstract
Cocultivation of Burkitt's lymphoma cells (HR1K line) with a continuous line of African green monkey (vero) cells resulted in a high yield (50–70%) of Epstein-Barr virus-positive P3HR-1 cells in the medium. This cocultivation procedure is especially useful for immunofluorescent and electron microscopic studies. Keywords
