Abstract
Definite white patches were observed in the case of the decay of oak sapwood by S. hirsutum. All 3 fungi attacked the lignin to some extent but the greater proportion of total loss in weight of wood was due to depletion of cellulose and its associated pentosans.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
