Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 20-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital because of a diagnosis of central Cushing's disease.She was well until a year and a half earlier, when hypertension developed in the third trimester of pregnancy and was managed by diet alone. After delivery her weight decreased to 54.5 kg. She was able to nurse the child, and normal menses resumed, but during the next few months her weight increased inexorably so that one year before admission she weighed 81.8 kg.
