Abstract
A study of the dependence of the switching time on delay time td has been developed in TGS, and a simple empirical law has been obtained. The delay time affects switching seriously. This fact has led us to rewiew some aspects of the theories That explains the nucleation and growth of domains. A qualitative interpretation is suggested, on the hypothesis that residual domains appear in all switchings which would play the role of germs in the next switching. Keywords
