Abstract
From a series of 250 thoracic aortographies, 188 were made for a study of the cervical portion of the cerebral vessels: more than 1/2 of the patients were found to have arterial disease responsible at least in part for their neurologic symptoms. Radiologists must state the diagnosis of surgically correctable stenosis and occlusions by performing complete examinations including 2 views of the vessels arising from the aortic arch, completed by selective studies of intracranial arteries. This publication has 11 references indexed in Scilit:
