Multiple Coronary-Artery Aneurysms in a Child with Angina Pectoris

Abstract
ISOLATED coronary-artery aneurysm in infants and children is rarely reported ante mortem.1 In the following case multiple, isolated coronary-artery aneurysms were studied during life with selective coronary arteriography.Case ReportAn eight-year-old girl was well until five years of age, when she was treated with intramuscular penicillin for fever and sore throat. A macular rash developed in three days, followed by polyarthritis. Penicillin hypersensitivity reaction was suspected, and she was hospitalized.
