Abstract
ISOLATED coronary-artery aneurysm in infants and children is rarely reported ante mortem.1 In the following case multiple, isolated coronary-artery aneurysms were studied during life with selective coronary arteriography.Case ReportAn eight-year-old girl was well until five years of age, when she was treated with intramuscular penicillin for fever and sore throat. A macular rash developed in three days, followed by polyarthritis. Penicillin hypersensitivity reaction was suspected, and she was hospitalized. She did not improve on steroids and was referred on the 14th day of her illness. On admission she was febrile and normotensive and exhibited arthritis with effusions in . . .Keywords
