Abstract
Presentation of CaseA forty-two-year-old housewife was admitted to the hospital because of a lesion in the anterior portion of the mediastinum.Nine years previously a photofluorogram of the chest was allegedly negative. Another photofluorogram five years before entry demonstrated a mass emerging from the left border of the heart below the aortic knob and possibly also extending to the right side of the heart (Fig. 1).
