Abstract
The seasonal and chronological distributions of birth dates of 820 patients with congenital hypothyroidism due to thyroid dysgenesis were analyzed in 8 areas in the world [Japan, Australia; France; Norway; Switzerland; Quebec, Canada; Toronto, Canada; Pennsylvania, USA]. The incidence had some seasonal variations in certain areas. Apparently some environmental factors cause this disease. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
