Abstract
Bi-Optical Probes have been developed by the French Atomic Energy Commission to perform measurements in liquid/gas or liquid/vapor mixtures encountered in the mock-up of a nuclear Pressurized Water Reactor's steam generator. The purpose of those measurements is to establish both void fraction and gas velocity maps used for the qualification of thermaihydraulic and flow-induced vibration computer codes. Keywords
