Abstract
Cases (19) [human] where diplopia was the initial symptom of sellar pathology were reported. Additionally, 5 cases with doubtful diagnosis were discussed. In a series of 134 adenomata, the onset in 7 cases was intermittent diplopia with involvement of the 3rd nerve. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
