Abstract
腫瘍の長径が1.0cm大の肺小細胞癌の1切除例を経験した. 病巣は既に小細胞癌に特徴的な気管支長軸進展像を示していた-切除時, 肺門部リンパ節 (#11) 転移が認められ, p-TINIMO, Stage IIであった. 術後, 縦隔リンパ節に再発を認めたが, 化学療法, 放射線療法を行い, 術後2年5カ月の現在再発の徴候なく生存中である.
