Abstract
Taiwaniaflavone (3,3′-linked biapigenin)(1) and its methyl ethers [(2) and (3)] isolated from the leaves of Taiwania cryptomerioides Hayata (Taxodiaceae) have been identified on the basis of spectral data and by synthesis of taiwaniaflavone methyl ethers [(5) and (29)]. Five known biflavones [(7), (8), (9), (10), and (11)] have also been isolated from the same plant. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
