Abstract
A 58-year-old white male patient developed corneal complications following cataract surgery and implantation of a silicone posterior chamber intraocular lens. At the time of penetrating keratoplasty, the implant was noted to be partially dislocated into the anterior chamber, surrounded by a dense fibrovascular membrane. Histopathological features were consistent with pseudophakic bullous keratopathy. Keywords
