Abstract
A Regge-pole model of vector-meson production is considered and applied to and production. The Regge-pole contribution is computed explicitly, without use of the asymptotic forms. The residues are related to the well-known coupling constants. The only parameter is the slope of the trajectory, which is estimated to be 0.64/Ge. Good results for the differential cross section are obtained. The question of the decay density matrices is discussed briefly.
