Abstract
87 tropical leguminous species, growing in Hawaii, are added to the cowpea cross-inoculation group using Vigna sinensis as the test plant. The versatility of this group is further emphasized in that 34 spp. are members of the Mimosoideae, 3 spp. in the Caesalpinioideae and 50 spp. in the Papilionoideae. Tests within the other cross-inoculation groups were negative. The status of the cowpea group is briefly discussed. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
