Abstract
Oligosaccharides were made from H. influenzae type b capsular polysaccharide and conjugated to CRM197 by reductive amination. Conjugates were made with a range of lengths and multiplicities of saccharide chains. All elicited a strongly enhanced anti-H. influenzae type b capsular polysaccharide response when injected into weanling rabbits. One series of conjugates also elicited antibodies to diphtheria toxin. This publication has 25 references indexed in Scilit:
