Abstract
A rash, severe constitutional symptoms and arthritis developed in 3 persons who were bitten by ticks in Wisconsin [USA]. Compared with other reports of arthritis related to tick bites, the illness of these patients had clinical features consistent with Lyme arthritis [suspected to have a tick-borne virus etiology]. Lyme arthritis apparently is not restricted to New England as previously reported. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
