Abstract
A ruptured aneurysm of an arteriovenous fistula created for chronic hemodialysis was replaced by a segment of frozen saphenous vein allograft. Fifteen months following the procedure the graft is patent. Frozen vein allografts should be considered as an appropriate option for the reconstruction of disrupted A-V fistulae. Keywords
