Abstract
Explants of 3 in-tracranial tumors were grown in tissue culture. One group of explants was exposed to autogenous serum and 1 group to autogenous buffy coat, and 1 group served as a control. While the degree of influence varied from tumor to tumor, there appeared to be inhibitory factors present in both the serum and buffy coat. The significance of this finding is discussed. Keywords
