Rejection of Allogeneic Skin Grafts and Production of Specific Hemagglutinins by Nonirradiated and Irradiated Mice Sensitized by Various Means

Abstract
Summary: Studies are presented which demonstrate in irradiated and nonirradiated mice that, of the methods used, sensitization with a skin graft or with dissociated cells incorporated in complete adjuvant induces the most vigorous, persistent and radioresistant homograft sensitivity and secondary hemagglutinin response.
