Abstract
Part 1 of this series identified a number of complex changes affecting our society, its organizations, and workers. To effectively adjust to these changes, organizational transformation is essential. Strategies for implementing these philosophies are not, however, as easy as simply knowing and believing that change through transformation is necessary. This, the second part of our series, addresses strategies used in one organization to implement the principles discussed in part 1.
