Abstract
• We describe a method of indicating corneal pathologic conditions in the patient record by color-coded frontal and slit sketches. The practice improves biomicroscopic skill, provides an easily reviewed record of the disease's course, helps monitor observations of ophthalmologists in training, and creates a standardized method of notation.
