Abstract
Ferroelectric PZT powders have been successfully prepared by Sol-gel method from metal alkoxide. The purity of ultra-fine powders was about 99.7%. DTA, XRD and IR indicated the powders of PZT calcined at 550°C can be formed phase of the peroskite structure by only one-step process, and the ceramic prepared by the ultra-fine powders derived Sol-gel method have high density, low dielectric dissipation factor and good piezoelectric properties. Keywords
