Abstract
The subclasses of platelet-associated IgG were measured on the platelets of patients with immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) by modification of the antiglobulin consumption test. All subclasses were found. In most patients, 1 subclass was predominant; this was usually IgG1. The platelet-associated IgG in normal donors is predominantly IgG1 and IgG2.This publication has 15 references indexed in Scilit:
