Abstract
Au became 1 of the mainstays in the therapy of patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Its beneficial antiinflammatory effect is limited by its toxicity, including renal involvement. The renal lesions were shown to be membranous glomerulonephropathy, leading to proteinuria and hematuria. Hematuria has not been well described.
