Abstract
To clarify the mechanism of acid-resistance in acetic acid bacteria (Gluconobacter and Acetobacter), the isolation and employment of acidic pH-sensitive mutants are very useful. The induction of such mutants of G. cerinus and their physiological and biochemical characterization are reported. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
