Abstract
A 94 GHz balanced mixer has been developed using suspended substrate technology and advanced GaAs Beam Lead Diodes. The mixer, using a waveguide hybrid and a novel waveguide to suspended stripline transition exhibits average conversion Ioss of 6.5dB and a 5.6d8 DSB noise figure including the IF contribution. Keywords
