Abstract
Halcinonide, a new topical fluorinated steroid was compared in a doubleblind, simultaneous comparison with betamethasone valerate. Halcinonide was found to be superior in the treatment of psoriasis and equally effective as betamethasone valerate in the treatment of atopic dermatitis. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
