Abstract
The Hawking radiation for a charged axially symmetric nonstationary black hole is studied. We obtain the event horizon equation and the Hawking thermal spectrum formula. Both the shape and the temperature of the black hole depend on the time and the angle. They can reduce to the well-known results when there is no electric charge. Keywords
