Abstract
This study showed a rapid improvement in vision and reduction in central foveal thickness (CFT) as compared to a sham group which may prove useful in the treatment of branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO) and visually significant macular edema. RVO is a common retinal vasculopathy that frequently reduces vision secondary to macular edema. BRVOs account for a majority of RVOs.
