Abstract
Develop-ment of homotransplantation antigens was investigated by determining the capability of hemopoietic tissues from C3H fetal, neonatal, or adult mice to induce transplantation immunity in adult LAF1 mice. Transplantation immunity in LAF1 mice was estimated by measuring the rejection of a challenge dose of adult C3H bone marrow". C3H antigens were detected in 90-day-old spleen, neonatal and embryonic (17 1/2- and 15 1/2-day-old) liver. No antigenicity could be found in 13 1/2-day-old liver. Keywords
