Abstract
Thin Cr films were made by oblique‐angle evaporation onto glass. Electron microscopy showed an inclined columnar microstructure. Spectrophotometry yielded a strongly angular‐selective p‐polarized transmittance, consistent with recent theoretical notions, of potential interest for energy‐efficient windows. Keywords
