Abstract
The amount of copper, calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium in reference serum were determined by integration of the signal. About 100 μ1 of the serum was diluted to 5 ml. Each 100 μ1 of this sample solution and standard solution was used for the determination. The results agreed well with the difinitive or recommended values. Keywords
