Abstract
Born differential and total cross sections for electron-impact ionization of atomic oxygen are presented. A configuration-interaction wave function was used in the representation of the initial state, and a close-coupling wave function, in which the three ground-state terms of the residual ion are retained in the close-coupling expansion, was used in the description of the final state. Keywords
