Abstract
The authors discuss the details of a successful procedure for preparing yolk-laden eggs for paraffin sectioning; the essential features differentiating it from those commonly employed consist of (1) treatment of the fixed eggs with phenol in alcohol and (2) soaking the embedded eggs in water.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
