Abstract
HeLa human cervical cancer cells were heterotransplanted to nude mice, and their response to antitumor agents was investigated. The tumor retained original characteristics of human epidermoid carcinoma. Marked inhibition of tumor growth was observed with mitomycin-C, 5-fluorouracil, adriamycin and bleomycin, but cyclophosphamide, cytosine arabinoside and daunorubicin showed little effect. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
