Abstract
A study of a euthyroid patient with an unusual goiter is presented. The goiter was hyperfunctioning, as indicated by the accumulation of I131 and the conversion ratio. The protein-bound iodine was low normal, and consisted mainly of tri-iodothyronine.Keywords
