Abstract
Nuclear total cross sections for high energy neutrons have been measured for approximately known neutron energies in the range 90 to 270 Mev. It is observed that cross sections in every case drop rather rapidly between 100 and 180 Mev to a level which continues with little further variation up to the highest neutron energies available in the experiment. Comparisons are made with nuclear attenuation data for cosmic rays. Keywords
