Abstract
The degrees of hydrogenation in Ga, Ge, and Si were determined. The effects of hydrogen on the superconducting transition temperature , the lattice parameter, and the pressure dependence of were measured. The results will be discussed and compared with those of other hydrogenated and radiation damaged compounds.
